Is an active phone call being transfered when I enter the vehicle?
Yes, when you start ignition the mobile phone is connected via Bluetooth and the phone call continues in handsfree mode.

How can I control my mobile phone when it is connected via Bluetooth?
Generally, the mobile phone can be controlled through the radio/navigation system or via voice control. At the radio/navigation system you may use functions for call answer and release. You may call a number either by direct input or conveniently from the phone book shown on your radio/navigation display. Via voice you can dial a name or a number.

Can I answer a second incoming call?
Yes, as long as you have the call waiting option acivated at your notwork operator, you will see a second incoming call on your radio/navigation display. When answering the second call, the first call is automatically terminated.

Which numbers are downloaded from the phone book?
The Ford Bluetooth system downloads up to 5 numbers for each contact entry. It distinguishes between the following categories:
General,
Home,
Mobile,
Office,
Fax

How many phone book entries are downloaded?
The Ford Bluetooth system supports up to 1000 entries. They are shown on the radio/navigation system and on the cluster display (if fitted).
Depending on the number of contacts being transferred, this can take a few minutes.
Only contacts saved in the phone memory are shown and transferred to the vehicle. Contacts saved on the SIM card are not shown. Please import these contacts to the phone memory manually. How to do this is set out in your mobile phone manual.

Is an active phone call being transfered to my mobile phone when I leave the vehicle?
After switching ignition off, the phone call remains in handsfree mode. If you wish to leave the vehicle, please transfer the call to private mode at your mobile phone menu. Many phones offer a direct function/button for this. Please also refer to your mobile phone manual.
